All Orders placed on our website will receive a Confirmation Email within 24-hours of the Order being placed.
In certain circumstances, additional verification will be required to facilitate the order. For your protection, our associates may contact you by phone and/or email to verify your order and your identity. If we are not able to contact you to verify the Order, we reserve the right to delay shipping or cancel the Order.
Order Status upon Shipping can be found using the Shipping Company’s system. A Tracking Number will be provided to you once generated for you to follow.
Name Necklace Production Process
Each Name Necklace is made specifically as per the details of your purchase. There are 4 specific stages to the production process which, in total, can take 5 - 10 business days.
Upon submission of your Order, you will receive a notification specifying details. Within 1 - 3 business days you will receive a notification from our team with a mock-up of the Name Necklace ordered.
Upon approval, we will begin the production process, manufacturing your Name Necklace, preparing it for delivery. This may take up to 5-business days.
Upon completion of your Name Necklace, you will receive an email notifying you of your shipment details, including a tracking number and approximate delivery date (assuming the shipping provider can supply one).

Please allow up to 2 business days to ship your order. We will be in direct contact with you should your order require more than 2 business days to ship.
Standard Shipping Rates - Canada
All orders are shipped for FREE. Orders valued under $100 are sent via Standard Shipping and are eligible for Expedited Parcel Service for an additional $6. Orders over $100 are shipped via Expedited Parcel Service.

Orders over $150 are eligible for FREE Expedited Parcel shipping. Orders under $150 are as follows:

A&A Jewels Co. offers to ship to destinations outside of Canada, and fees are calculated at the checkout page. Packages are delivered Monday through Friday only. Upon multiple failed attempts, the package will be redelivered to our offices. If you are ordering from an international destination, we strongly suggest choosing an option with Tracked Shipment to avoid potential delays or lost parcels.
For items that are ordered while on Back Order or Out of Stock, please look for an email from A&A Jewels Co. with updates regarding your orders, including estimated delivery times.
It's important to note that measurements used to describe products on the website are used as approximations. We cannot guarantee the exact measurement of each piece due the technicality involved when finishing jewelry. We also use images to describe the products being sold to give the best possible view of what your product looks like. Please contact us if there is an item you would like to see prior to purchase.
Items on our website are sold by piece and not by weight.
Our non-holiday, Regular shipping timelines are typically packaged and sent out within 1-business day of the order being placed. Orders processed on the weekend will be shipped by Tuesday morning.
Please note, A&A Jewels Co. is not responsible for any delays caused by the shipping carrier used. Additionally, should there be any issues caused by the shipping provider, including lost parcels, we require customers to contact us regarding the order in 5 business days or less to resolve the shipping discrepancy. Otherwise, the order is considered complete.
Shipments for orders placed without a tracking number are at the discretion of the customer. Should the parcel be lost or delayed, A&A Jewels Co. will not be held responsible.
