Please note, unless the Repair is deemed needed due to Manufacturer Defect, the cost of the Repair will be given to you prior to shipping. For any Manufacturer Defects, you have up to 3-months from your date of purchase to claim for Repair. All Repairs after 3-months are quoted as needed.
Shipping costs associated with the Repair are paid by the Customer when sending to A&A Jewels Co. offices.
